The Bonaldo Youniverse super king size bed by Mauro Lipparini has a wonderfully wide, upholstered headboard with removable covers available in a wide range of fabrics and leathers.

Youniverse is both soft to the touch, thanks its generous padding that covers it completely, and soft to behold, thanks to the total absence of corners or any element which could generate a feeling of edginess.

Mauro has created an almost cocoon-like bed featuring a huge wrap-around upholstered headboard with fully removable covers which can be selected in a huge range of fabrics, leathers, ecoleathers, or even your own material. There are two kinds of bed slats available; one piece slats or split slats.

The strong metal feet are painted in a matt finish in a range of colours. Other sizes of the Youniverse bed are also available and there is also a storage version of this bed listed as a separate product below.

Colours & Finishes

Bonaldo's upholstered beds are available in an extensive choice of fabrics, ecoleather & leather colours & textures, including nubuk leather. It is usually possible to supply your own fabric too (subject to it's suitability for the design). We can also offer fabrics from Romo, or Missoni Home.

The feet/frame can be finished in a selection of beautiful lacquer colours or metal finishes. All finishes are shown in the above pdf - but please note that not all fabrics are available for all beds - available finishes will be shown in the product options.

Samples of all Bonaldo's fabrics and lacquers are available to see at our showroom, or we can send specific fabric samples to you on request.

All beds include UK legal fire retardant foam and fabric (a higher standard than European FR), for overseas orders please speak to a member of our team.

Assembly is included. We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Please Note: Bed slats are made as standard with a single, rigid mattress sized frame. If you have access restrictions (narrow stairs etc) please choose the split slats option, & contact our team if you are unsure.
