Novamobili Fabric & Leather Collection

The Novamobili Brick bed by Studio Gherardi is made in Italy and has a luxurious padded bed frame and headboard. Available in either Euro King or Super King, there are also two height options for the mattress supports, they can be flush with the bed surround, or set 10cm below.

For the upholstery you can choose from several categories of fabric (removable covers) or a range of different leather colours. It it is also possible to use your own fabric (subject to approval) or we can supply fabric from Romo, Villanova or Missoni Home. All upholstery fabrics can be seen in the Sizes/Finishes tab. Samples are on view in our London Showroom.

There are three options for the type of stitching used on the upholstery, you can have standard stitching, pinched stitching or blanket stitching. The stitching used for the standard and pinched versions are toned to match to upholstery choice. But, if you choose blanket stitching, you can choose to have the thread customised to match any of the Novamobili matt lacquer colours.

Like many Italian beds, the Brick bed is only available in a Euro King, which is 10cm (just under 4 inches) wider than a UK King and a Super King size. Slats are included but the mattress is not. We can provide a top quality hand-made mattress, click here to see our mattress collection.

Colours & Finishes

Available in fabrics from Novamobili's collection (as seen in the pdf), as well as in your own fabric, or one of our many fabrics from Romo/Villanova or Missoni Home (subject to it's suitability).

Please Note: Only fabrics with 75% or more natural fibres can be used in the UK & this bed also includes UK Fire Retardant foam (required for your home insurance). We can supply non UK FR foam/fabrics for beds being used outside of the UK, however.

Assembly is included. We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Please Note: Bed slats are made as standard with a single, rigid mattress sized frame. If you have access restrictions (narrow stairs etc) please choose the split slats option, & contact our team if you are unsure.
