The Twiddy fold down bunk bed from Italian brand Battistella Nidi is a fantastic way to add an extra bed without taking up space, at just 33cm deep, this wall bed can be installed as a stand alone wall unit (without surrounding shelving/wardrobes etc), with or without the desk shown.
To use, simply pull the top of the cupboard down & the bed drops down over the space below, complete with ladder for access. Featuring a soft-closing gas lift system & sprung beech slatted orthopaedic mattress base (80cm x 190cm mattress available as an option) surrounded by guard rails, this is a high quality Italian made bed designed to last.
The sliding desk, drawers, & chair shown are all available as options & the cupboard (bottom of the bed) can be plain, or have a 'Graphic' whiteboard front as shown here, or Nidi's 'Spider' system of stretch cords for holding papers etc.
Beautifully designed there are plenty of colours to choose from for this bed, desk and shelves, all split into two categories, simple and plus. Sizes are suitable for adults, young adults, or older children, & the selection of colours & finishes include neutrals as well as the more vibrant colours.
This wall bed is available in three heights, the 221cm & 239cm units have a single row of shelving, the 257cm high unit has two rows & is shown here. All of the accessories shown here (the storage chest, poufs & rug) are available to buy too.
