The Bonaldo Aureo chest of drawers by Matteo Nunzia for Bonaldo combines contemporary design with traditional charm in a harmonious and rational way.
Made in Italy the Aureo collection which also includes a bedside table is inspired by the mathematical/geometric concept of the Golden Ratio: a system on which the proportion of all spaces dedicated to the human life is based, with the intent of creating a balanced, yet functional standard.
Following this inspiration each Aureo piece in the collection is made up of single-blocks, partitioned by the handle which divides them into sections. The simple, elegant shapes and details, like the ceramic top and metal handle, are offset by a contemporary design with traditional undertones conveyed by its minimalism and purity.
The table top can be selected in two different ceramic finishes whist the drawers are in Canaletto walnut and the handle and frame are in bronze metal.
