The Skid sofa by Giuseppe Vigano for luxury Italian brand Bonaldo is an extremely versatile modular system allowing you to mix and match elements to create your own bespoke combination.

Skid stands out for its gently sloping armrests which lighten the overall appearance. The pure outline of Skid makes this sofa suitable for contemporary settings and more classical furnishings alike.

The sense of lightness is also enhanced by being lifted off the ground by strong metal feet which are available in two different shapes, either standard straight feet or as a sled-shaped base in a range of colours.

Fully removable covers can be chosen in a huge range of colours in a stunning selection of fabrics or five grades of leather.

With so many sizes and different compositions available, for simplicity we have priced a couple of the standard sized sofas. However, given the modular nature of Skid there are many more possibilities than the ones shown here, please get in touch to discuss creating your own bespoke seating arrangement. Scatter cushions are not included but can be purchased separately.

Colours & Finishes

Bonaldo sofas are available in a huge choice of fabrics, ecoleather and leather, including nubuk leather and your own fabric - subject to its suitability for the design. We can also offer fabrics from Romo, or Missoni Home. The metal feet can be finished in a selection of beautiful lacquer colours, or metal finishes.

All finishes are shown in the PDF, but please note that not all fabrics are available for all sofas. We have samples of fabrics, lacquer etc at our showroom for you to come in to view or we can send specific fabric samples to you on request.

All upholstery conforms strictly to UK fire safety regulations, for overseas orders please speak to a member of our team.

We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes assembly, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.

For larger/very heavy items please check access/dimensions when you order, & let us know if there is a lift/stairs. If we have notice we can arrange an additional delivery team, or even a crane/hoist - both an extra cost, but will charge for deliveries not made due to access restrictions.
