The Bonaldo Tangeri rug tells a unique story as the relief pattern that it features is inspired by the graphic design of a tile dating back to the 1970s which is still part of the floors of the Bonaldo headquarters in Villanova di Camposampiero, in the province of Padua.
Available in a soft light grey colour in two sizes, each rug has lines which are replicated parallels with a slight curve that looks like a step, and which creates a three-dimensional effect. The motif is geometric, but at the same time gives a sensation of movement and volume, almost as if it were a bas-relief marking out the surface.
The use of two materials, wool and Tencel, gives an elegant and refined tone on tone effect and the result is a small part of Bonaldo's history that comes to life in this beautiful rug which will enrich any living space or dining room, but which is also perfect for the sleeping area.
Tencel is a fibre obtained from the cellulose of eucalyptus and beech, natural raw materials that give the fabric elasticity and a silk-like lustre, as well as being environmentally friendly and completely recyclable
