The Charlotte bookcase is a unique design piece combining a tubular metal structure with shelves and storage boxes to create the perfect showcase for your most loved objects.

Designed by Shannon Sadler and made in Italy by Bontempi, Charlotte is a modular system that can be fixed to the wall, or attached to the ceiling to create an intriguing room divider. Customise your piece further by adding shelves in glass, or wood, or storage boxes in lacquered metal with ridged doors. It is possible to combine both shelves and boxes in one composition.

The strong frame can be lacquered in a lovely choice of colours, including dark brass, rose gold, or natural silver. You can also select a different, or matching finish for the intricate decorative bolts which are at the top and bottom of each column (see detailed images).

The large bookcase seen in the main image and priced here is a ceiling fixed unit with 14 wood finish shelves and three black metal storage boxes. Other combinations can be seen in the detailed images and two other examples of Charlotte bookcases have been listed separately - see links below.

410cm wide x 34cm deep x 240/330cm high

Delivery and installation is not included here, as it is based on the size of the final composition. It is recommended that if this unit is to be fixed to the wall, it must be fixed onto a structural wall made from brick, concrete or stone. Plasterboard walls are not suitable for these products.

For larger items please check access prior to delivery. If access is via a lift or stairs please check dimensions carefully. We cannot accept returns if access is not possible.

Installation by our specialist team can be arranged within the M25 and surrounding areas, which can be arranged by speaking to a member of our team.
