The Novamobili Brick storage bed by Studio Gherardi has a wonderfully soft, padded, and upholstered headboard and frame embellished by matching or contrasting stitching.
The storage base is sealed so it is dust free and has a huge amount of space inside. The base couldn't be easier to lift, as once you have lifted it slightly, the gas pistons take over and do all the hard work for you. There are two lift options; firstly, the base can be lifted to sit horizontally above the frame making changing the sheets extremely easy. Secondly, it lifts up from the headboard end for easy access to the storage area. (The detailed images show these lift types on a different bed).
For the upholstery you can choose from several categories of fabric (removable covers) or a range of different leather colours. It it is also possible to use your own fabric (subject to approval) or we can supply fabric from Romo, Villanova or Missoni Home. Samples are on view in our London Showroom.
There are three options for the type of stitching used on the upholstery, you can have standard stitching, pinched stitching or blanket stitching. The stitching used for the standard and pinched versions are toned to match to upholstery choice. But if you choose blanket stitching, you can choose to have thread customised to match the Novamobili matt lacquer colours.
