The Cattelan Italia Dafne dining chair is designed like a small throne, lending an aura of royalty to dining rooms. The structures of the cone-shaped base and body are rich in bespoke details, crafted with the utmost care and precision.

The seat and back of this dining armchair, modelled like two complementary shells, have a polygonal shape, enhanced by rounded edges and gentle curves. If this chair is a shell, it reveals a magnificent pearl inside, created, or rather extracted, by the designer, by the elliptical cavity in the backrest. The upholstery, which can be chosen from a wide range of fabrics and leathers, wraps around the base like a cloak, revealing a brilliantly finished metal breastplate on the front.

For the covers you can choose from a wide range of soft or synthetic leathers. The frame can be selected in either a titanium or bronze embossed lacquered steel.

Colours & Finishes

Chair with frame in titanium (GFM11) or bronze (GFM18) embossed lacquered steel. Cover in soft leather or synthetic leather as per sample card. The cover is not removable.

We have samples of fabrics, lacquer etc at our showroom for you to come in to view or we can send specific fabric samples to you on request.

All upholstery conforms strictly to UK fire safety regulations, for overseas orders please speak to a member of our team.

We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes any assembly required, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.
