The Cattelan Italia Heston modular sofa by Maurizio Manzoni has a clean modern style offering maximum comfort and comprises of a range of modular elements including corner, central & end pieces all of which can be combined together to create any number of seating arrangements. A unique feature of the Heston sofa is its revolutionary concept for the armrests, an innovative covered metal framed panel on which a lies a soft cushion. Perfect for home or contract spaces, Heston unites its functional design with a striking look: high back cushions in a combination of feather & siliconized frayed polyester fibre make it a comfortable sofa; the suspended seating, available in two heights, either 40cm or 44cm, emphasise the refined finish of the feet in titanium, bronze, or black embossed lacquered metal.
For the covers you can choose from a variety of fabrics, soft leathers, or soft leather nabuk, or we can supply Romo, Missoni Home or Villanova fabrics, or you can use your own material or leather, subject to approval. Fabric covers are removable for easy cleaning. All Cattelan sofas are graded on a Soft/Firm scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the softest & 10 the firmest, the Heston sofa is 7/10 on this scale, so it is at the firmer end, providing a supportive seating experience.
Seen in the main image & priced here is Composition A with a seat height of 40cm which comprises of three elements, a 2 seater end unit, a corner unit, & an open central unit.
