The Cattelan Italia Sofia dining chair is the perfect solution for both a living and dining room. These elegant upholstered chairs have a timeless design, with ergonomic cushions combined with a beautiful wooden base. The light cushioning appears to gently veil the seat and envelope the backrest, folding over the top.

This dining chair is available in several different types. There is the option to have either a high or low backrest, or even elegant armrests on either side of the chair. Additionally, the Sofia dining chair is also available as a kitchen stool at two different heights - please contact us for this option.

The beechwood frame of this dining chair comes in four different options- Natural beech, Canaletto walnut stained beech, wenge stained beech or matt black lacquered beech. As for the upholstery, there is a wide range of options to select from - fabric, synthetic leather, soft leather, micro nubuck, or even your own fabric or leather, subject to approval.

Colours & Finishes

Chair with or without arms. Frame in natural beech (F1), Canaletto walnut stained beech (FNC), wenghè stained beech (FW), matt black (OP17) lacquered beech. Cover in fabric, micro nubuck, synthetic leather or soft leather. The cover is not removable. (Stool version is available).

We have samples of fabrics, lacquer etc at our showroom for you to come in to view or we can send specific fabric samples to you on request.

All upholstery conforms strictly to UK fire safety regulations, for overseas orders please speak to a member of our team.

We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes any assembly required, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.
