The hand-made fringed Arcipelago pendant light are inspired by the contours of a typical Archipelago. The lights come in a kaleidoscopic range of colours, with acrylic and silk fringes cascading from polished brass frames to create sensuous organic shapes.

Designed by Servomuto for Italian lighting brand Contardi, each Arciplelago light is produced using techniques originally developed in the 18th century and reinterpreted by skilled crafts people working on traditional wooden looms.

Available in one island shape; Majorca, the shade is made from fire-resistant Trevira CS fringes and the body in polished brass. The light source is a customised dimmable LED bulb.
