Contardi Arcipelago Table Lamp

Designed by Servomuto for Italian lighting brand Contardi, the hand-made fringed Arcipelago Majorca table lamps are inspired by the contours of a typical Archipelago.

Available in a kaleidoscopic range of colours, with acrylic and silk fringes cascading from polished brass frames to create sensuous organic shapes. Each lamp is produced using techniques originally developed in the 18th century and reinterpreted by skilled crafts people working on traditional wooden looms.

Majorca has a shade made from fire-resistant Trevira CS fringes and the body in polished brass. The light source is a customised dimmable LED bulb with three intensity levels.
