This fantastic utility room composition is the answer to our organisational prayers. Made in Italy, by DaFre our price here includes everything in the photo, including the sink & worktop - apart from the appliances.
Of course this is just an example, all of the units shown are available in different sizes, & it is completely modular, so you would add or remove elements to suit. Shown & included are the two tall cupboards with internal fittings as shown, & side panels, the wall hung cupboards, with a useful hanging rail below them.
Then theres the drawer unit with pull out ironing board, & cupboard above, the top with an integrated clothes airer, the two laundry baskets, & the sink unit with large drawer. The sink is made from a mineral with polyester composite, & is optional - the unit can be ordered without it. The top is a HPL (an outdoor material) & again is optional. The units are treated to be water repellent.
As well as laundry units you could incorporate shoe cabinets, other drawer units & lower cupboards, shelving, hooks, desks & more. The handles shown are included, but there is a choice of design for those as well. It is also possible to customise the standard widths & heights of units at no extra charge, to ensure a perfect fit.
Shown in white surfaced (an Italian melamine), this fabulous lavanderia (Italian for laundry) is available in coloured or wood melamines, stucco & concrete look, matt lacquer & lacquered oak. Finishes can be mixed & matched, & there is an extensive choice of lacquer colours.
Installation is an additional cost but as this is a variation on a wardrobe system it is not complicated or particularly expensive. Our team can price a composition based on your size & space, including installation, but plumbing in units & appliances are not part of this.
