The Vibieffe Fly sofa by John Hope is part of our collection of sofas, sofa beds and armchairs from upholstery specialists Vibieffe. The frame is made using solid fir and there is a decorative aluminium bar running along the front of the sofa.
Handmade in Italy, Fly has comfortable back cushions in foam covered with a feather layer. Shown here as a standard sofa (main image) with fixed armrests, Fly is actually part of an extensive modular seating system with multiple elements that can be combined together with either fixed or movable armrests.
For the covers there are a huge variety of fabrics and leathers available from the Vibieffe collection. In addition, you can also use your own fabric, or we can supply you with any of the Romo fabrics. The fabric covers can be fully removed for cleaning and extra covers are also available (leather covers are fixed though). Samples are on view at our showroom and cuttings can be sent on request.
Fly is available in several sizes, the smallest size has one seat cushions and the larger sizes have two seat cushions. And as mentioned above it is possible to combine different armrest options. With so many different configurations for ease we have priced two of the smallest sofas with standard 19cm wide fixed armrests.
