The Gervasoni Flair garden sofa by Gabriele & Oscar Buratti is part of the Flair modular system of sectional seating elements which can be combined together to create any number of informal sofa compositions.
Informal, soft and at the same time elegant, a special feature of Flair are the backrests with a double hinge which can be flipped down manually, individually for each seat and covered with a quilted outdoor fabric with overlock stitching detail, in tone on tone or in contrast. It is this detail that defines and enlivens the skyline of the product, allowing for double heights on individual backrests.
The sofa structure in steel, treated for outdoors, combines with the softness of the seating cushions in polyurethane foam in variable density and polyester fibres, covered with polyester outdoor canvas and non-slip breathable bottom. Flair is, therefore, able to combine a mechanical part composed of straps and hinges carefully studied in every functional and aesthetic detail, with a textile part, designed to highlight the special workmanship of Gervasoni's fabrics, and their ease in being unlined to cover each component like a tailored suit.
For the removable covers there are several categories of fabric to choose from, or you can use your own material (subject to suitability). Samples of all materials can be seen in our showroom & some can be sent out on request.
To create the Flair sofas seen and priced here we have added together different seating elements which include single and double seats, and a hexagonal corner unit. Each element is then combined with backrests. The main image shows a 214cm wide hexagonal corner unit with three backrests, whilst the detailed images show a sofa and chaise longue composition 279cm wide in brown fabric which comprises of two double seat units and four backrests. Scatter cushions are not included in the price but can be purchased separately.
