International Deliveries
We deliver world-wide, & have delivered to dozens of countries over the years, by air, sea or road, depending on your requirements & final destination. Our highly experienced logistics team can discuss deliveries of almost anything to almost anywhere, ensuring everything arrives safely.
In addition, if you are ordering upholstered furniture outside of the UK we can provide non UK fire retardant foam & fabric that will comply with your countries requirements - and there will be a cost saving for you (as well as a wider choice of fabrics)!
We can deliver to containers within the UK as well, if you are arranging your own shipment.
The best way to find out more is to contact us by email with your delivery destination & chosen pieces. We then get a quote, which we will pass on to you without a surcharge. If we need different packaging to avoid breakages we will let you know as well. Charges not included are duties, taxes, or (if relevant) airline storage fees, which you would usually pay directly. We will advise you of all costs before ordering, so there will be no hidden surprises.
Delivery Types & Installation
International deliveries are 'kerbside' only as standard but we can discuss other options with our local partners depending on the product & country. We can supply all documentation for your VAT claim &/or supply products without UK VAT.
Installation of wardrobes, wall units & other complex products can be arranged using experts sent from the UK (either as an installation lead, or in small teams) depending on the destination & size of order. It would not be cost effective for you to have an installer sent to Australia for a single wardrobe, but for multiple wardrobes/wall units in Riyadh for example it would ensure everything was correctly installed. We can also send an Installation expert to oversee fitting if requested.
VAT & Customs
Our online prices include UK VAT of 20%, however if delivery is outside of the UK this will not apply, & you will pay your country's rate instead. Your invoice will be issued without that 20% VAT, preserving cashflow as the VAT will be paid later, especially valuable for commercial orders.
Any duties & taxes are payable upon import, which will vary between countries. Once your order reaches its destination, the local customs office will contact you to outline these additional costs which need to be paid immediately to prevent delays. We use the Delivered At Place (DAP) protocol, unless otherwise pre-agreed with you at the time of your order.

Destinations
We have delivered as far abroad as Australia with deliveries to the Carribean, Hong Kong/Singapore, the Middle East, & Africa. It really doesn't matter where you are, if international deliveries to your country can be done then we can do it - with a few exceptions where local taxes/port charges make delivery uneconomical.
Europe & the Channel Islands
As well as Jersey, Gurnsey & the Isle of Mann we deliver to Northern & Southern Ireland, & all European countries including Islands (eg Majorca), as well as Belarus, Ukraine, Falkland Islands, & Kazakhstan.
