The extremely useful Manutti Sunrise garden bench by Matthew Townsend is made from solid teak which can be selected in either natural brushed teak, or teak scuro.
All of the teak used by Manutti is sustainably sourced and contains high levels of oil & natural rubbers making it strong, durable and extremely weather resistant.
Brushed Teak is where the surface of the teak has been roughened to highlight its inherent grain, creating a warm natural textured finish. After buffing, a protective coating is added to ensure the piece is not only water repellent and stain resistant, but also offers anti-fungal and UV protection.
Teak Scuro is an oil based impregnation that allows for a luxurious matt black finish where the natural grain of the wood is still visible. The treatment both nourishes and protects the wood, it is also eco-friendly.
For extra comfort you can add an outdoor cushion with quick dry foam filling and covers in a great choice of water resistant garden suitable fabrics. The standard fabric choice is Salty White which is part of the Quick Ship Program and will be available within 2-4 weeks. Manutti also offer a vast range of alternative fabrics in two categories.
