Mogg Bloccone Tall Cupboard - Now Discontinued

The Mogg Bloccone tall cupboard is by Italian designer Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba for up & coming Italian brand Mogg Design.

Inspired by "the stone block lying on the bench in the art class" Bloccone combines an oversized base with a beautifully simple cupboard with absolutely no external decoration.

The sideboard itself is made in wooden 'Valcromat' in sanded grey concrete, with oil protection. There are several internal shelves inside and the doors are handle-less, with a soft close mechanism.

The base is available in either solid natural larch, or gloss lacquer in a choice of 12 RAL colours. 

One of a series of three, the Bloccone sideboard has a matching large cupboard & tall narrow cupboard.  Mogg Design make a number of other quirky, interesting and yet rather practical pieces of contemporary furniture.
