The Contropakko Armchair by Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba is a classic Mogg piece - a clever combination of the quirky and unusual with the functional and comfortable.
Inspired by hand-wrapped parcels and items covered for storage, this padded armchair is covered with fabric (46% cotton, 36% viscose and 18% linen) and decorative ropes in different colours.
The seat is in sand fabric with red and white ropes, the backrest is in light brown fabric with yellow and white ropes and the armrest is in taupe fabric with black and natural coloured ropes. Covers are non-removable.
The armrest is always positioned on the right. These handmade chairs can be combined in twos to create a sofa, there is also a matching ottoman, see below.
