The Molteni & C Baltimora island unit by Matteo Nunziati is a dual purpose piece designed to sit in the centre of a room which cleverly combines the practicality of a chest of drawers with the comfort of a bench seat.
Available in two sizes, with six useful drawers on one side. two with handles and four with pressure opening mechanisms. On the other side is a bench seat with soft seat and back cushions and two pressure opening drawers below. The units can be selected with or without glass tops, in which case they have elegant shelves finished in eco skin, a beautiful eco leather that looks and feels just like the real thing. To customise your unit further you can add storage trays, partitions, or drawers with clear glass fronts.
Made from eucalyptus wood, the metal profile and upper drawer handles are available in pewter, bronze, or iris. For the seat covers you can choose from the any of the fabrics and leathers from the Molteni&C collection, or you can use your own material subject to approval. The base is in anthracite lacquer.
