Designed by Rodolfo Dordoni for contemporary Italian furniture brand Molteni & C, the Molteni 5050 chest of drawers is a modern lacquered wood bedroom unit with striking wood details.

The 5050 chest of drawers has a rigorous design with vertical parts in either gloss or matt lacquer colours from the Molteni colleciton and horizontal parts in your choice from two wood finishes. The combination of finishes allow for striking alternating colour effects that please the eye and underscore the play of solids and voids of the geometric design. A further interesting element are the rounded contours of the structural parts that make up this piece.

Featuring three drawers, there is also an extremely useful open shelf which is covered in eco skin, a beautiful eco leather that looks and feels just like the real thing.

Colours & Finishes

Finishes for sides, fronts and back can be selected in matt or glossy lacquer colours from the Molteni colour range. Tops and bases are in eucalyptus, or graphite oak.

If ordering online, please list your lacquer colour in the order notes.

The chest of drawers lower shelf is in Eco Skin in the following colours: grey, mink, hemp, ivory, earth, arctic, taupe or dark brown.

We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes assembly, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.

For larger/very heavy items please check access/dimensions when you order, & let us know if there is a lift/stairs. If we have notice we can arrange an additional delivery team, or even a crane/hoist - both an extra cost, but will charge for deliveries not made due to access restrictions.
