The Molteni & C Half A Square dining table was created by Michael Anastassiades for Italian designer furniture brand Molteni as part of their extensive collection of contemporary dining room furniture.

Available in four different sizes, Half a Square has a distinctly minimalist design but is rich in the choice of materials used, such as marble, glass and wood. The strong aluminium frame has a smooth satin finish.

A special feature of Half a Square is the satin brass joint between the leg and frame giving a decorative triangular shape which enhances the solidity of the frame and the elegance of the design. Table tops can be selected in marble, grafene reflecting glass, eucalyptus or oak.

New for 2021 is the option to choose a chalk white etched glass table top with a chalk white frame and legs and a ruby red feature joint (see detailed images).

Pictured here with both a green alpine marble table top and a thermo oak table top, the Half A Square table is matched with the Barbican and Devon dining chairs, as well as the new Tea dining chairs, all of which can be seen in the related products below.

Colours & Finishes

Table tops in wood; eucalyptus, thermo oak, or graphite oak. Glass; grafene reflecting glass or matt white etched glass. Marble; calacatta gold, green alpine, silver wave, or sahara noir. Marble finishes have had an anti-stain, water-repellent treatment applied. As marble is a natural finish a certain amount of irregularities (small fissures) can be expected on the marble top, such irregularities are inherent to the types of the marble used.

Frame finishes; pewter satin finish, green satin finish, or chalk white.

We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes assembly, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.

For larger/very heavy items please check access/dimensions when you order, & let us know if there is a lift/stairs. If we have notice we can arrange an additional delivery team, or even a crane/hoist - both an extra cost, but will charge for deliveries not made due to access restrictions.
