The Molteni &C Guell Sun lounger by Vincent Van Duysen is the ultimate in garden living, the archetype par excellence of outdoor furniture and featuring elements from the wider Timeout Garden Collection including the burnished painted aluminium band which runs along the entire profile.
There are two different versions of sun lounger to choose from, the one seen and priced here which has solid teak slats for the backrest which are the same as those used for the garden dining tables. There is also a Guell sun lounger with a backrest in either olive green batyline or woven handmade anthracite polypropylene rope which can be seen in the related products
The backrest is fully adjustable for different reclining positions. Lightweight and easy to move around thanks to the large rear wheel fitted to the backrest. To ensure maximum safety, the wheel is positioned barely suspended, being activated only when the sunbed is raised.
For the optional sun lounger mattress the covers are available in several categories of fabric including the Musco collection developed in collaboration with Limonta Spa and selected by Marta Ferri. Musco offers seven different monochrome or striped jacquard and bouclé yarns inspired by shades of nature which can be combined to match or contrast each other. You can also provide your own fabric subject to approval by Molteni.
