The high back and gently curving backrest are intricately woven with artisanal skill in ecru polypropylene rope which is commonly used in nautical applications as it is colourfast and resistant to water and challenging climates.
Each chair has a relaxing seat cushion, however, for maximum comfort and correct ergonomics Molteni suggest that you add two back cushions. It is also possible to add a large enveloping cushion that hugs the perimeter of the chair and further enhances the level of comfort.
All cushions have removable covers in outdoor, draining and weather-resistant fabrics which can be selected in several categories from the Molteni & C collection, or you can supply your own material subject to approval.
