The Flora collection of rugs from Nani Marquina is a collaboration full of colour and floral design from the hand of Barcelona artist, Santi Moix. There are three rugs in the Flora collection; Promenade (which is listed here), Backyard and Bloom which are listed as separate products.
Flora Promenade is an exercise in reinterpreting the artist's floral work transferred to a rug. The Nanimarquina team has worked carefully on the selection of each of the flowers, paying special attention to the scale and colour in search of the appropriate compositional balance. Featuring 38 different colours, Promenade is a stunning, intricate design piece for any living space.
Made from 100% New Wool using a hand tufted technique which requires a pistol-like tool to punch the fibre strands into a previously stretched fabric in a frame. There are four further processes creating a beautifully soft and highly durable rug.
The height of the wool pile is 10mm, with the overall height 14mm and the density is 56.000 knots per metre squared, giving the rug a super luxurious feel.
Available in two shapes (rectangular and round) in five standard sizes, three of which are currently in stock for delivery within 2-4 weeks. We can also arrange for custom sizes to be made to your exact specification.
