The Gravitation rug is part of the Chillida collection from Nani Marquina created using designs by Eduardo Chillida during the 20th Century.

Nani Marquina is an international contemporary rug and textile expert with 25 years experience of traditional craft. Her extensive experience means you can be asured that this rug is a very special and long lasting piece.

Gravitation is a paper sculpture made in 1994 and has been replicated exactly onto this rug, which is hand knotted using 57% hand-spun New Zealand wool and 43% silk.

The feel of this rug is superb, the pile height is 5-10mm and the overall height is 10-15mm with a density of 124,000 knots per metre squared.
