The Lycos extending dining table by Marco Pozzoli for Italian brand Ozzio is an extendable round dining table with an elegant central base in the shape of a chess bishop which can be selected in either lacquered metal or a cement finish.
The stylish look is complemented by a smooth mechanism which allows the round table to easily extend to an elliptical table which will comfortably seat 8 people. To extend, just pull apart from one end, lift out the extensions, place them in position and there you have it, a stunning, large 165cm long table - perfect for city living where space is at a premium!
There are a variety of options for the table top, you can choose; lacquered glass, including extra-white (where most of the green tinge of normal glass has been removed); mark-less glass, a softly acid etched glass that won't show up fingerprints etc and which is almost impossible to mark or scratch; pyro-ceramic glass (which is heat resistant & waterproof); or glossy marble glass.
Pyro-ceramic and marble glass table tops have a continuous vein when closed and the marble glass tables have an extension with a continuous vein when extended.
