Carlo Ballabio has added a four poster "baldacchino" version of his top-selling Porada Ziggy bed. Featuring a solid Canaletta Walnut or Frassino Ash frame which can be selected in a range of finishes.

The Ziggy Four-Poster bed is part of the extensive Ziggy collection all designed by Carlo for luxury Italian brand Porada. It includes matching bedroom furniture as well as coffee, console and dining tables - see links below.

Available in a spacious super king size, or an even larger Emperor, the solid frassino ash or canaletta walnut frame can be left in natural wood, stained, or even matt lacquered in a range of colours.

This stylish and extremely elegant bed has 5 upholstered parts (frontal headboard, back headboard, piping, buttons and bed base insert) which can all be be customised. The price is determined by the category chosen for the main upholstery. Bed base slats are included.

There are over 200 different choices of fabric, leather or eco-leather, or you can even use your own material (subject to suitability). If you are ordering online please specify your fabric/leather colour in the order notes.

Colours & Finishes

Porada beds are available in an extensive selection of fabrics, ecoleathers and leathers. Not all fabrics lend themselves to all designs, however, so please check the specific product options. The legs, frame or base can be finished in a variety of beautiful woods or lacquer colours. All finishes are shown in the above pdf.

Samples of all Porada's fabrics, leathers, woods and lacquers are available to see at our showroom, or we can send specific samples to you on request.

We have priced everything to include UK fire retardant fabrics/foam, (a higher standard than European FR), for overseas orders please speak to a member of our team.

Our deliveries are made during the week, in two hour time slots, and include any assembly required, as well as removal of all packaging. Please check your items carefully before packaging is taken away though, to ensure everything is in perfect condition.

We can also deliver to the UK Islands, and abroad to almost any country, and do so regularly. We also offer a delivery only service (without assembly or unpacking). Please contact us for a quote/more details.

For larger items please check access prior to delivery. If access is via a lift or stairs please check dimensions carefully. We cannot accept returns if access is not possible. We may need to add a delivery surcharge, for example where access takes longer than normal, requires more than 2 people, or where a crane/hoist is required.
