The Saba Sitar garden armchair by Enzo Berti has Persian origins: "seh-tar" literally means three strings and this stylish armchair takes its inspiration from the well-known Indian musical instrument of the same name.
This garden suitable version of Saba's classic Sitar armchair has been fitted together with special oudoor suitable glue and it has undergone an intensive painting cycle which makes the chair resistant to the outdoors. It is also woven with polyester cable instead of rope like the indoor chair.
The frame is made from curved solid ash wood which can be chosen in a polished open-pore walnut colour or matt black. The seat is inter-woven in different shades, beige or beige/black for the walnut and grey/black for the matt black.
Sitar has a light, almost delicate look and brings to mind a rustic cabin hammock creating a moment of harmony in wood and weave. For extra comfort you can add a comfortable Sitar footstool. There is also an indoor version of this chair - see related products.
Since 1988, Saba have been creating stunning furniture that is not only technically excellent & beautifully crafted, but also, at the cutting edge of design.
