Tribu Regista Garden Dining Chair - Now Discontinued

The folding Regista Garden Dining Chair is a sophisticated reinvention of a design icon. World famous Italian designer Monica Armani has re-created the classic director's chair giving it a refined, modern interpretation.

Updated in 2020, the Regista dining chair combines high-tech materials and meticulous attention to detail. The lattice back is hand woven using an innovative plaited Tricord weather-resistant fibre, also used to cover the armrests. 

The seat is made from Sunbrella fabric, fifty percent of which is recycled, so small irregularities may appear in the weave. The Sunbrella is then Teflon coated to make it water repellent and resistant to stains, grease, fluids, salt and chlorine. 

The slim, elegant profile of the Regista garden chair is made possible by the use of powder coated stainless steel. It allows the arms and backrest to be thin yet very strong. The slender legs are finished in durable powder coated aluminium. 

A new folding and locking system was developed in 2020 to improve the ease of use. The new system automatically locks and unlocks at the push of a button. Click on the video link to see how the new system works.
