We deliver throughout the entire UK and our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot and will offer you an alternative date if needed.
Delivery is to the room of your choice and includes assembly required, unpacking and removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory and will need the original packaging to do so.
For larger/very heavy items please check access/dimensions when you order and let us know if there is a lift/stairs. If we have notice we can arrange an additional delivery team, or even a crane/hoist - both an extra cost, but will charge for deliveries not made due to access restrictions.
